Kailai joined hands with Shanghai SECOV Building Materials and established Kailai Group,marking the first step to a conglomerate. It has four brands, i.e. “KAILAI”, “SECOV”, “LEHUO” and “YINING”; its products include home waterproof, waterproof membrane, waterproof coating, tile adhesive, sealants, waterproof materials for roads and bridges, for tunnels, rock wool insulation board,etc. The concepts of worry-free services and the positioning of waterproofing industry leader were set.

Newly built factory and production line expansion doubled the capacity of coating and membrane. Kailai won AAA-credit enterprise certification, and Superior supplier for affordable housing projects. Kailai was deputy director of Roof Engineering of “China Building Waterproof” magazine.

President Ni Guiqun won the tile of “Top Ten Leaders in China Architectural Materials Industry of 2009”.The qualification of Kailai upgrade from Grade III to top (Grade II).Distributor network expanded to 16 provinces and municipalities.
